It’s one of the few days of the year when everybody can agree what to call it.

Have a long-forgotten Alfa 33 to celebrate.

Amazingly enough, there actually is one right down the road from me. Completely roadworthy and registered and all that . The fact that there is an Alfa 33 just existing and driving around like an actual car boggles my mind.

I prefer my Alfas of that era with a little kink...

I can’t remember the last time I saw one but it must have been many, many years ago.

Jealous! I’ve got such a weird attraction for these things, my favorite boxer alfas for sure!

I had one — dark grey, with tinted windows (Florida).  It drove like it was on rails. however top-heavy it may appear in photos.

I watch for them... but it’s amazing how infrequently they come up. Always rare and VERY rare to find a good one now.

They had their quirks, but should have been more loved than they were.

Me too. Great car and reliable as hell. Clutch slave only fail in 6 years. Not as sexy as my GTV6 but close...oops upside down!

I *thoroughly* enjoyed driving my Quadrifoglio. But looking at these photos... it must’ve had a high center of gravity - and modest wheels and tires, not Viper or Corvette tires.

Aaaaaand the rest of society had moved to *rounded* cars.

In the 80s, the swedes still had boxy cars incl saab 9000, the 75/Milano was a super well-balanced transaxle alfa which wasnt going to kill a 0-60 nor pull a full g on the skidpad, but always engaging to drive with a sound no germans could make. As a complete package, a great driver's car
